Biography

Wang Wenwei: Associate Chief Physician in the Department of Urology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. He has been engaged in clinical medical work for more than 30 years. In 2000, he received a master's degree from the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, and in 2009, he received a doctoral degree in urology from the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. He has extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of common urological diseases such as benign prostatic hyperplasia and urinary calculi, as well as andrological diseases such as chronic prostatitis, male sexual dysfunction including erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, and infertility. He is particularly skilled in surgical treatment for male external genital reconstruction, such as correction of various forms of penile curvature, penile lengthening and augmentation for short penis caused by various causes, reconstruction of concealed penis, treatment of hypospadias in children and adults, and treatment of urethral stricture caused by various causes. In principle, external genital reconstructive surgery is corrected in a single procedure rather than staged surgery, and the surgical success rate is at an advanced domestic level.
